Anpllocnc can provide high-quality metal polishing services for CNC precision machined parts after processing, with a special focus on highly complex custom projects.
At Anpllocnc, we can machine parts up to 35 feet long and in virtually any width, height, and weight. We specialize in hand polishing a variety of shapes including fabricated parts, weldments, castings, forgings, stampings, spun parts and machined parts on base materials such as brass steel, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and beryllium. To maintain the integrity of these finishes after the polishing process is complete, we carefully wrap the parts in protective packaging for shipping.
We always provide excellent quality and on-time delivery in accordance with our strict ISO 9001:2015 requirements. We also adhere to multiple industry standards, including Mil-Spec and NADCAP, in accordance with relevant industry regulations. Hand polishing is a manual process where the part is sanded, then buffed on a set of abrasive wheels or rouges to achieve the desired surface finish. This is a subtractive process that removes material in order to eliminate scratches and other imperfections.
