The fine machining finish refers to creating the material surface with minimum roughness by controlling various CNC machining parameters such as feed rate and cutting speed with sharper tools.
The fine machining can prevent burrs, chips, and highly visible tool markings on the surface, even though it may not be extremely corrosion resistant. Furthermore, It can be used on practically any material and is especially appropriate for plastics.
