It can be disassembled and processed at will, and the strength after bonding will not be greatly affected. This is a big reason why ABS material is popular in plastic hand product processing. ABS is machine-made into blocks, and its density is lower than injection-moulded ABS. After it is processed, the internal molecular chains are cut and broken. Therefore, the prototype made of ABS has low strength and is easy to break, so it cannot be used as a product for sale.

2. High-temperature resistant prototype, optional materials: epoxy resin, bakelite, black PC, PA (nylon). These four materials can be bonded except for black PC; the other three cannot be bonded and must be processed as a whole.

3. Wear-resistant prototype, POM, or PA can be used. Neither of these materials can be bonded to the prototype and must be processed as a whole.

4. High-tenacity prototype, PA, or PP can be selected. Neither of these materials can be bonded to the prototype and must be processed as a whole.

5. Transparent prototype, PMMA (acrylic), transparent ABS, transparent PC, and other materials can be selected. Through polishing, the prototypes made of these materials have high transparency and achieve the same effect as real products.

6. The surface rigidity of the soft rubber prototype should be low, mainly based on the consideration of characteristics such as flexibility, soft touch, anti-skid, shock absorption, stretchability, sealing, and wear resistance. Different soft glues have different physical and chemical properties.
